What It Is

The ARShades Library is a section of the Dashboard, just like Frame Validation, but with a different function: it serves as an actual library of glasses that have already been created. This area provides an organized and easily accessible archive of completed models, useful both for consultation and for possible comparisons or references throughout the workflow.

How It Works

To use the ARShades Library, you need to access the ARShades Studio dashboard and, from the dropdown menu on the left, select ARShades Library. A window will open, organized into two main areas:

  • Filters → contains various search filters that allow you to refine the consultation based on specific parameters.

  • Glasses List → displays the list of completed glasses, which can be explored and selected according to your needs.

Below is a table showing the different filters available in the Filters section, along with a description of their functions and some practical examples of use

Note: among the filters available in the Filters section, there is also the Show New Assets option. When enabled, this allows the modeler to view eyewear and SKUs that have been uploaded in the last 30 days, making it easier to identify newly added assets within the library.

Once the filters have been applied or entered, a page will open displaying the searched eyewear or variant. In the Glasses List, only the glasses matching the selected search criteria will be shown, allowing the modeler to quickly locate the desired model.

From the results, by clicking on the selected eyewear, a dedicated page will open, divided into three main areas:

  • Available Variants: displays the list of available variants for that eyewear.

  • Variant Gallery: allows interaction with the 3D model of the eyewear, viewing images, and testing it through Virtual Try-On (VTO).

  • Variant Details, further divided into:

    • Variant Information: provides a complete description of all relevant information for the variant.

    • Size Details: shows the correct measurements and sizes of the eyewear.

    • Additional Information: describes the eyewear’s status during validation and indicates the last update.

    • 3D Assets: contains links to the uploaded GLB and USDZ files.
