Assignment

Before starting the production phase of the glasses, a preliminary assignment of the models is carried out by the Modeler Supervisor.
This activity ensures an organized distribution of tasks among the different modelers, including the Supervisor.

The assignment covers specific eyewear models and their related SKUs, which represent the variations of a given model.

The command used to perform this operation is ASSIGN TO.
With this command, the Modeler Supervisor can:

• assign an entire eyewear model including all its SKUs,
• or assign individual SKUs in a more targeted way.

This flexibility allows for optimal workload management and makes it possible to adapt the assignment to the specific needs of the team.

Reassignment

Once a model or individual SKUs have been assigned, the ASSIGN TO command is replaced by CHANGE ASSIGNEE.
Through this function, models or SKUs can be reassigned to different modelers.
