The system provides different notifications depending on the role: Modeler Supervisor and Modeler.
Notifications are divided into three main types: Variant Assigned, Variant Declined, and Variant Validated.

In the top right corner of the dashboard, there is an icon dedicated to notifications. When new notifications are available, the icon is marked with a red number indicating the total number of notifications received.

Variant Assigned

The Variant Assigned notification is mainly received by the Modeler but can also be sent to the Modeler Supervisor.
It indicates that a specific variant has been assigned by the Modeler Supervisor either to the Modeler or to the Supervisor themself, marking the start of operational work.

Variant Validated

The Variant Validated notification is received exclusively by the Modeler Supervisor and signals that there are variants awaiting approval.
These variants have already been validated by the Modeler, meaning they have moved from Modelist Rev. to Spaarkly Rev., and require final confirmation to advance from Spaarkly Rev. to Client Rev..

Variant Declined

The Variant Declined notification is received by the Modeler but may also be directed to the Modeler Supervisor.
This notification refers to eyewear models that have been rejected either by the Modeler Supervisor or by the Client.

In such cases, the models must be revised and corrected according to the provided feedback, then resubmitted to Spaarkly Rev. once the required changes are completed.

By clicking on the notification icon and then on View all, a page will open containing the complete list of all received notifications. This page provides a clear and organized view of the updates, as shown in the reference image above. For all types of notifications, such as Variant Assigned, Variant Validated or Variant Declined, it is possible to click on the eyewear name to directly open the page of the relevant SKU.

However, only for Variant Declined notifications is the View Details button available, which opens a window containing a description of the modifications to be made:
