First Power On

Before You Start

Ensure the following before powering on the Mirror for the first time:

• The Mirror is fully assembled and the stand is stable.
• The camera is installed and connected.
• The power cable is connected to both the Mirror and a working wall outlet.
• You have coordinated with the Spaarkly team for the remote activation session.

Powering On

1. Connect the power cable to the wall outlet.
2. Press the power button on the Mirror (located on the back or bottom of the device).
3. The screen will display the startup sequence — wait for the system to boot completely. This may take up to 60 seconds.
4. The Showroom application will launch automatically after startup.

Activation Session

During the first power on, the Spaarkly team will conduct a remote activation session via video call. During this session:

1. The team will verify the device identifiers (device serial number, camera serial number) and record them in the Hardware Identification Sheet.
2. The WiFi connection will be configured (see WiFi Setup).
3. The camera functionality will be tested and verified remotely.
4. The Showroom configuration will be confirmed and activated.
5. A full functional test of the experience will be performed.

The activation session video call may be recorded as documentation of the device handover and initial verification. Any discrepancies must be communicated in writing within 5 working days.

What to Expect on Screen

After a successful first boot and activation:

• The welcome screen will appear with any dedicated branding.
• The system is ready for customer use.
• All configured features (Try-On, 3D View, Showroom flow, multilingual audio) will be active according to the project configuration.
