First Power On

Once the Mirror is fully assembled and the camera is connected, you're ready to power on the device for the first time.

Before You Start​

Make sure the following prerequisites are met:

  • The mirror is fully assembled on its stand and securely positioned.
  • The camera is connected.
  • The device is plugged into a surge-protected power outlet.
  • You have access to the store's WiFi network credentials (network name and password), if applicable.

Powering On​

The power button is located on the lower back of the Mirror, on the right side.

First Boot and Activation​

On the very first power-on, the Mirror will need to be activated remotely by the Spaarkly team. The team will guide you through the activation via a remote session, during which they will:

  • Verify the device and camera serial numbers
  • Help you connect to the WiFi network
  • Activate the ARShades Mirror Showroom software
  • Run a basic functionality test
  • Provide an initial training session on how to use the Mirror

Activation is typically completed within 10 business days of delivery. The Spaarkly team will coordinate the activation date and time with your store's designated contact person.

Power Supply​

The Mirror must be connected to a surge-protected power outlet to prevent damage from voltage spikes.
