Unboxing and Package Contents

Package Inspection

Upon receiving the ARShades Mirror Showroom package:

1. Inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage during transport (dents, tears, water stains).
2. If the packaging appears damaged, photograph the damage before opening and contact support immediately.
3. Open the package carefully, following any "this side up" or "fragile" markings.

Box Contents

The package should contain the following components:

• Mirror display unit — touchscreen device with integrated computing hardware.
• Stand / Base — support structure for the display.
• 4K HD mini PTZ Camera — Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera for virtual try-on and photo acquisition.
• Camera USB cable — for connecting the camera to the mirror unit.
• Power cable — for connecting the mirror to a wall outlet.
• Quick start guide (if included).

Component Checklist

Use the following checklist to verify that all components are present:

• Mirror display unit
• Stand / Base
• PTZ Camera
• Camera USB cable
• Power cable
• Any additional accessories listed in the delivery note

Missing or Damaged Components

If any component is missing or damaged:

1. Do not attempt to use the device with missing or damaged parts.
2. Document the issue — take photographs of any damage or note the missing items.
3. Submit a support request with the details and photos.
4. The Spaarkly team will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
