Why Keep the Packaging

The original packaging is essential for:

• Safe return of the device at the end of the service contract or in case of hardware replacement.
• Protection during transport — the custom foam inserts are designed to protect the Mirror and camera during shipping.
• Avoiding additional charges — if the original packaging is not available at return time, you may need to source equivalent protective packaging.

How to Store the Packaging

• Store the packaging in a dry, clean area away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Keep the box flat — do not stack heavy items on top.
• Preserve all foam inserts, protective wraps, and internal dividers inside the box.
• If possible, reseal the box to prevent dust accumulation.

Packaging Components to Preserve

Make sure to keep all of the following:

• Outer shipping box
• Foam inserts / protective padding
• Bubble wrap and protective sheets
• Accessories compartment / inner box
• Any cable ties or organising materials
