Package Storage

The original packaging of your ARShades Mirror Showroom is an essential part of the service — please store it carefully for the entire duration of your contract.

Why Keep the Packaging​

The original packaging is specifically designed to protect the Mirror during transport. You will need it in the following situations:

  • End of contract return — when the service period ends, the device must be returned using the original packaging.
  • Hardware replacement — if a device needs to be sent back for repair or replacement.
  • Relocation — if the Mirror needs to be moved to a different store location.
Important

Using inadequate or non-original packaging for returns may result in damage during transport. Any damage caused by improper packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Store the Packaging​

Keep all original packaging materials — including the outer box, all internal protective inserts, and any wrapping or dividers — in a dry and safe location for the entire duration of the service contract.
