Returns
At the end of the service period — or in case of hardware replacement — the ARShades Mirror Showroom must be returned following the procedure described below.
End of Contract Return
When the service contract comes to an end:
- Spaarkly will organise the pickup — a courier will be scheduled to collect the device from your store.
- You will receive advance notice of the pickup date and time window.
- The device must be correctly repackaged using the original packaging and ready for collection.
- Make sure a designated person is available at the store during the pickup window to hand over the package to the courier.
The device must be made available for pickup within 7 days of the contract expiry date. Delays in return may result in additional charges.
Hardware Replacement Return
If the Mirror needs to be returned due to a technical issue or hardware malfunction:
- Submit a support request to report the issue and request a replacement.
- Our team will diagnose the problem remotely and, if necessary, arrange a hardware swap.
- A replacement unit will be shipped to your store, and the original device will need to be returned using the same courier.
- Follow the same repackaging procedure described below.
Preparing the Mirror for Shipment
Proper repackaging is essential to avoid damage during transport. Follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Repackaging
- Power off the device completely and disconnect the power cable.
- Disconnect the camera from the mirror unit.
- Clean the screen gently with a soft dry cloth to remove fingerprints.
- Wrap each component separately using the original protective wraps (bubble wrap, foam sheets).
- Place the mirror unit in the original foam inserts inside the outer box.
- Place the camera, cables, and accessories in their designated compartments or in the accessories box.
- Close and seal the box securely with packing tape.
Return Checklist
Before sealing the box, make sure you have included:
- Mirror display unit
- PTZ Camera
- Stand / Base
- Power cable
- Camera cable
- Any other accessories originally provided
If the original packaging is no longer available, use packaging of equivalent protective quality — sturdy box, foam padding around all components, and adequate cushioning to prevent movement during transport. Contact our support team for guidance if needed.
