When your ARShades Mirror Showroom arrives, take a few minutes to carefully inspect the package and verify that everything is in order before proceeding with the installation.

Package Inspection
Before opening the box, check the external condition of the packaging. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, take photos of the packaging before opening to document any potential shipping damage, and submit a support request before unpacking.

Missing or Damaged Components
If any component is missing or damaged:
- Do not attempt to use the device with missing or damaged parts.
- Document the issue by taking clear photos of the damaged or missing items and the packaging.
- Submit a support request within 5 business days of delivery.
