Brand Identity

Brand Identity is your centralized library for managing visual assets and brand colors at the team level. Upload logos, images, and define your color palette once, then reuse them across all catalogues for consistent branding.

Accessing Brand Identity

  1. Click "Profile" in the sidebar
  2. In the Profile menu, select "Brand Identity"
  3. You'll see all teams you have access to
  4. Click on a team to view its Brand Identity

Team-Level Organization

Brand Identity is organized by team. Each team has its own:

  • Logos - Logo images
  • Images - General images (featured images, banners, etc.)
  • Brand Colors - Color palette (primary, secondary, etc.)

When you access Brand Identity for a team, you can manage all these assets.

Logos

Uploading Logos

  1. In Brand Identity, go to the Logos section
  2. Upload your company/brand logo images
  3. Add descriptive names for easy identification
  4. You can upload multiple logo variations (primary, secondary, etc.)

Using Logos

Logos uploaded here are available for selection when:

  • Creating or editing catalogues (in the Banner/SEO step)
  • Configuring team branding
  • Any interface requiring logo selection

Managing Logos

  • View all team logos in one place
  • Search or filter by name
  • Update or replace logos as needed
  • Keep multiple versions for different use cases

Images

What Goes Here

The Images section stores general-purpose visual assets such as:

  • Banner Images (desktop and mobile) - Catalogue headers and promotional banners
  • Featured Images - Product showcase images

Uploading Images

  1. In Brand Identity, go to the Images section
  2. Upload your image files
  3. Add descriptive names and metadata
  4. Organize by intended use or category

Using Images

Images are available for selection when configuring catalogues, creating promotions, or anywhere the interface allows image selection from your brand library.

Brand Colors

What Are Brand Colors

Brand Colors define your team's official color palette, including:

  • Primary Color - Main brand color (e.g., #86ACCA)
  • Secondary Color - Supporting brand color (e.g., #003B65)
  • Alternative 1 - Additional color for variety (e.g., #FFFFFF)
  • Alternative 2 - Another color option (e.g., #000000)

Setting Brand Colors

  1. In Brand Identity, go to the Brand Colors section
  2. Define each color for your team
  3. Colors are typically set once and reused consistently
  4. Update colors when your brand guidelines change

Using Brand Colors

Brand colors are applied throughout the platform for consistent visual experience and are available when:

  • Creating catalogues with custom branding
  • Configuring team branding settings
  • Any interface that applies team color schemes

Workflow: Setting Up Brand Identity for Your Team

Step 1: Upload Logos

  1. Go to Profile → Brand Identity → Select Your Team
  2. Open Logos section
  3. Upload your primary logo and any variations
  4. Name them clearly (e.g., "Logo_Primary", "Logo_Alternate")

Step 2: Upload Images

  1. In the same team, open Images section
  2. Upload banner images for your catalogues
  3. Upload featured images you plan to reuse
  4. Upload any other brand assets
  5. Name them descriptively for easy discovery

Step 3: Define Brand Colors

  1. In the same team, open Brand Colors section
  2. Set your primary color
  3. Set your secondary color
  4. Add any accent or neutral colors
  5. Save your color palette

Step 4: Use in Catalogues

Once set up, when you create or edit catalogues:

  • Your logos are immediately available for selection
  • Your images can be used for banners and featured content
  • Your brand colors are applied automatically

  • Archive or document changes to your brand identity

  • All team members can access the same Brand Identity

  • Admin Clients manage the team-level brand assets
  • Company Admins can view and manage brand identity across all teams
