Summary

This release introduces a complete overhaul of the ticket management system with enhanced real-time capabilities and smart notifications. The new Granular Ticket Notifications Control puts you in command of what you receive. Additionally, our notification system has been completely redesigned to eliminate duplicates and deliver messages exactly when you need them.

The ticket system has been completely rebuilt for performance and ease of use:

  • Dedicated Tickets Modal – Access all your support tickets from any page with a single click
  • Real-time Chat Interface – Chat with team members directly within tickets, just like messaging
  • Instant Message Updates – See new messages appear instantly without refreshing
  • File Attachments – Share documents and images directly in your ticket conversations
  • Smart Ticket Selection – Click a ticket notification and it opens pre-selected in the modal
  • Ticket Status Tracking – Monitor ticket lifecycle: Open, In Progress, Pending Response, Resolved, Closed
  • Team Assignment – See which team member is assigned to your ticket

Granular Ticket Notifications Control

Fine-tune exactly what ticket notifications you receive:

The new system lets you upload and manage team logos and brand colours in one place, then reuse them when creating catalogues.
