Dashboard

Last Updated: 27/11/2025

The Dashboard is the landing page of ARShades Studio. It provides each user with a clear and role-based overview of catalogues, assets, subscriptions, and performance indicators. Its purpose is to act as a control centre, giving quick access to main features and highlighting pending actions.

Welcome Area

At the top of the dashboard a personalised welcome message is shown. It includes:

  • A time-based greeting (Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening).
  • Full name of the logged-in user.
  • The user role (Company Admin, Team Admin, or Member).
  • The organisation or client name.

This message adapts to the user role, also highlighting pending actions when relevant.

Notifications

This section shows system alerts and pending tasks. Notifications are colour-coded:

  • Green: Successful operations (e.g. a variant has been validated).
  • Red: Critical issues (e.g. subscription over-consumption).
  • Purple: Informational updates.

Notifications are grouped by category and clicking on one redirects to the Notifications page with the selected category expanded. Users only see notifications related to their role and assigned data.

My Catalogues

This section displays a quick preview of the first three catalogues accessible to the user. Each catalogue is shown in a card with:

  • Catalogue name.
  • Publication status (Published / Unpublished / Draft).
  • Number of SKUs in the catalogue.

Clicking on a catalogue card opens an overlay with two quick actions:

  • Go to Catalogue – opens the catalogue management view.
  • Go to 3D Assets List – opens the list of products and variants.

To view the complete list of catalogues, the user can click on Go to My Catalogue.
