📄️ Overview
The ARShades Library is the central repository of all eyewear 3D assets available within ARShades Studio. It allows users to search, explore, and manage products and their variants, acting as the starting point for building catalogues and ordering new 3D assets. The Library ensures that every user has a structured and consistent space to browse existing assets, check whether a product is available before requesting a new 3D asset, initiate the creation of new 3D models, and view detailed information about each variant including technical data and availability.
📄️ Search and Filter Products
The Search and Filter panel in the ARShades Library allows users to explore products and their variants efficiently. It is located on the left-hand side of the Library and offers both a free-text search and multiple filters to narrow down results.
📄️ Product and Variant Detail
In the ARShades Library, products are organised in a list view. Each row represents a product model, and by clicking the + icon next to a product, the list expands to show all available colour variants for that model. This makes it easy to immediately see the different options of frame and lenses colour available for a product.
📄️ Search from a List
The Search SKUs from a List action in the ARShades Library allows users to upload a list of product codes (SKU, UPC, or EAN) and quickly verify their availability. This tool is based on the same advanced Bulk Add Assets stepper used in catalogue management. It makes the verification process more efficient and accurate by automatically grouping results into categories, and it supports bulk management of multiple items in a single flow. At the end of the process, users can download the resulting grouped lists in CSV or XLSX format, allowing them to pause and resume their decision-making at a later stage.
📄️ Order Products
For some recognised brands, ARShades Studio allows users to directly request the creation of 3D models. In other cases, the process requires direct contact, an analysis of the SKUs and resources available, and a standard quotation procedure.
