ARShades Studio is your complete platform for managing eyewear catalogues, 3D assets, and AR services. It's designed to streamline your workflow from product discovery to catalogue publishing and order management.

Platform Overview​

ARShades Studio is organized into key sections accessible from the main menu:

Dashboard​

Your home page and command center. See an overview of:

  • Your active catalogues and their status
  • Quick access to your teams and subscriptions

Use this to: Get a quick snapshot of your account and recent activity.

ARShades Library​

Browse and discover eyewear products from our extensive 3D asset library.

  • Filter by brand, line, type, gender, size, and age
  • View detailed product information and 3D previews
  • Search by SKU or product specifications
  • Add products to your catalogues

Use this to: Find and select products you want to include in your catalogues.

My Catalogues​

Create and manage your product catalogues.

  • Create new catalogues for different markets or collections
  • Add and organize products within catalogues
  • Manage product variants (colors, sizes, lens options)
  • Publish catalogues when ready
  • Download catalogue data and links

Use this to: Build and maintain your branded product collections.

Analytics​

Monitor your performance and usage data.

Typical Workflow​

Here's how most users work with ARShades Studio:

  1. Discover Products → Use ARShades Library to find eyewear products
  2. Create Catalogue → Build a new catalogue in My Catalogues
  3. Add Products → Select products from the library and add them to your catalogue
  4. Configure Details → Set up variants, pricing, descriptions, and branding
  5. Publish → Make your catalogue live and available to customers
  6. Monitor Performance → Track performance in Analytics
  7. Manage Orders → Process orders in the Orders section

  • Start with the Dashboard to get familiar with the interface
  • Review Subscriptions to understand your plan and available features

User Roles and Permissions​

Your access and capabilities in ARShades Studio depend on your role:

  • Company Admin - Full access to all features and team management
  • Team Admin - Manage team members and access all catalogues
  • Member - Create and manage catalogues, place orders
