What you can change

Your Gateway is built on one of our experience templates: a ready-made, fully responsive design that we create and maintain. Working inside a template is what keeps your Gateway quick to change and reliable on every device — and there is a great deal you can shape inside it.

Your look and your wording

These are settings. Ask us and they change; there is no development involved.

SettingWhat you can change
IdentityColours, backgrounds, your logo, typefaces (system fonts, or your own licensed fonts).
WordingThe title of the experience and a number of labels, in each of the active languages.
SectionsWhich parts of the experience appear — brand page, try-on, extra content, store locator.
OpeningIntroductory video with its fallback image and call to action, or straight into the menu.
Collection viewThe type of grid, and which filters are offered from those available on your products.
Guided selectionWhich of the ready steps you use — frame type, gender, frame shape, occasion of use, face shape — and in which order.
Try-on behaviourCountdown, inactivity timeout and on-screen styles.
Menu behaviourRules that make an entry appear only when it is relevant.
CataloguesWhich catalogues sit behind the entry point, and what each one is called.
Private accessA password, if the Gateway is not meant to be public yet.
One setting worth knowing about

Section visibility and the experience title are set per catalogue. The same Gateway can therefore show the full brand story on your permanent catalogue and only the try-on on a campaign catalogue — without a second Gateway and without a second QR code.

Optional modules

These are activated on request, according to your plan.

ModuleWhat it adds
Store locatorThe map of your points of sale, searchable by city or store.
Store pageA page for a single point of sale, on our template.
Lead generationA standard contact form with an export of the contacts collected. Activating it requires an update to the Gateway's privacy notice.
Shop linkA link out to your online shop.
Content managementWe take care of updating catalogues and media for you, twice a year.
Extra content pagesEach editorial page beyond the first one included — an event, a capsule, a sub-collection.

What needs a project

Some requests go beyond settings, and we quote them as a project: a guided selection built on questions other than the ready steps, pages or journeys designed outside the template, custom AR experiences for an event or a campaign, languages beyond the five ready ones, and dedicated integrations with your own systems.

There is no hard line to memorise here — send us what you have in mind and we will tell you straight away whether it is a setting or a project.

What we need from you

To set up or restyle a Gateway we ask you for:

  • your logo in vector format, your colour palette and your typefaces (with their licence, if they are not system fonts);
  • images and video in the formats we indicate — a short loop for the opening screen with a fallback image, and vertical content for the editorial pages;
  • the text of the editorial pages, in the languages you want to publish;
  • your store list, if the store locator is active;
  • any extra product information needed by the guided-selection steps for occasion of use and face shape.

Adapting the material you send us is part of the service.

Your QR codes do not change

Whatever you change — theme, sections, catalogues, products — the links and QR codes already in circulation keep working. You never have to reprint.
