Keeping your Gateway up to date

There are two kinds of change, and it helps to know which is which.

Either way, the links and QR codes already in circulation stay the same.

What you do yourself

Everything about the collection lives in ARShades Studio, the console you already use:

If a frame does not appear in the Gateway

A frame is only shown once it has at least one colour variant with a validated 3D model, and once the catalogue is published. This is the most common reason a model you expected to see is missing. You can check the state of your models under Frame Validation — see Frame Validation Overview.

If you would rather not operate the console at all, the content management module lets us take care of catalogue and media updates for you twice a year.

What to send us for a change

For anything to do with the look or the configuration, write to us with:

  1. what you want to change, in plain words — "we are launching a capsule in October and want its own catalogue and its own page";
  2. the material, in the formats we agreed: images, video, text, translations;
  3. the date you need it live by.

We will confirm what is a setting and what needs a quote before any work starts.

How a new Gateway is set up

  1. Brief and material. We agree the sections, the catalogues and the guided selection, and you send us the brand material.
  2. Set-up. We configure the Gateway: template, theme, content, connected catalogues, guided selection, entry points and QR codes.
  3. Review. You look at it and send your remarks. One round of revisions is part of the set-up.
  4. Go live. We hand over the links and QR codes, and you take over the catalogue in Studio.
