Accessing ARShades Studio​

ARShades Studio is accessed at studio.arshades.it

Getting Started: Account Setup and First Login​

Being Invited to a Team​

When you are invited to join a team in ARShades Studio:

  1. You will receive an invitation email with a link to join
  2. Click the link in the email to access the account setup page
  3. You will be asked to set your password:
    • Enter a secure password
    • Confirm your password
  4. Click Confirm to complete setup
  5. You will be redirected to the login page
  6. Use your email and the password you just set to log in

First Time Login​

  1. Go to studio.arshades.it/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Login
  5. You will be logged into your account and see your dashboard

Note: If you don't remember receiving an invitation email, contact your Team Admin or Company Admin to resend it.

Logging In​

To Login:​

  1. Visit studio.arshades.it/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Optionally check "Remember me" to stay logged in longer
  5. Click Login

If your credentials are incorrect, you will see an error message: "Login failed. Please check your credentials."

Forgot Password​

If you forget your password:

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Confirm
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  5. Click the link in the email
  6. Set your new password and confirm it
  7. You can then log in with your new password

Change Password​

Once logged in, you can change your password anytime:

  1. Click the Profile icon in the left sidebar (settings icon at the bottom)
  2. Select Personal Information → Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Repeat your new password for confirmation
  6. Click Save Password

Your password is now updated. Use your new password for your next login.

Logout​

To log out of ARShades Studio:

  1. Click the Logout button in the left sidebar
  2. A confirmation dialog will appear asking "Are you sure you want to logout?"
  3. Click Logout to confirm and end your session
  4. Or click Cancel if you want to stay logged in

You will be returned to the login page.

Profile Information​

The Profile section allows you to view and manage your account details.

Accessing Your Profile​

Click the Profile icon in the left sidebar to access:

  • Personal Information - View your account details (email, name, company, role)
  • Change Password - Update your login password
  • My Teams - View teams you belong to and manage team members
  • Brand Identity - Manage team brand assets and colors
  • Notification Settings - Configure how you receive notifications
  • Tickets Management - Manage support tickets (if available)

Your Account Details​

Your profile displays:

  • First Name / Last Name
  • Company
  • Role (read-only, assigned by your Team Admin or Company Admin)
  • Email (read-only)
