Roles & Permissions

ARShades Studio uses role-based access to ensure that each team member has the right level of visibility and control.
Client accounts can include different users, each assigned to a specific role with defined permissions.
Available Roles

Company Admin
Main account role for the client organisation.
Can create and manage catalogues, order and validate 3D assets, monitor subscriptions, view analytics, and manage team members organisation-wide. -
Team Admin
Assigned to one or more specific teams within the organisation.
Can create and publish catalogues, order 3D assets, and view analytics within the teams they manage.
Can manage team members only within the teams they are assigned as Team Admin.
Can be assigned as a Member in other teams where they don't have administrative privileges. -
Member
Assigned to one or more subscriptions.
Can create and publish catalogues, order 3D assets, and view analytics, but only within the subscriptions assigned.

✓* = Access limited to assigned teams, subscriptions, or catalogues

Access Control
- Permissions are applied automatically based on role.
- Users see only the catalogues, subscriptions, and features relevant to their role.
- Changes in role or subscription assignment update access rights in real time.
- A user can hold different roles in different teams (e.g., Team Admin in one team and Member in another).
