Overview

The Analytics section in ARShades Studio provides clients with a dedicated space to measure and understand how their catalogues and immersive tools are performing. It is designed to give a clear picture of how users interact with Virtual Try-On (VTO) services and Gateways, supporting data-driven decisions for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Purpose of Analytics

Analytics allow you to:

  • Monitor engagement: track how many users are accessing your catalogues and trying on products virtually.
  • Understand behaviour: see which catalogues, products, or campaigns attract the most attention.
  • Measure performance: compare sessions and unique visitors over time to identify growth, trends, or issues.
  • Optimise strategy: use insights to refine catalogue organisation, product presentation, and promotional activities.
  • Track performance at product and variant level: analyse not only the results of each catalogue but also the performance of individual products and even single variants.

Structure of Analytics in ARShades Studio

Analytics are divided into two main areas:

  1. VTO Services Analytics
Focused on data from Virtual Try-On sessions, showing how users interact with 3D models and AR try-on features.

  2. Gateways Analytics
Dedicated to campaigns and gateway pages, providing insights into how many users enter through these access points and how they proceed to catalogues or try-on experiences.

Key Features

  • Real-time and historical data: compare today’s results with previous weeks or months.
  • Clear visualisation: charts and tables make it easy to interpret KPIs at a glance (e.g., number of users, number of sessions).
  • Catalogue, product, and variant-level insights: access data specific not only to catalogues but also to individual products and their variants.

Benefits for Clients

Using Analytics in ARShades Studio helps clients to:

  • Identify which collections, products, or even single variants drive the highest user engagement.
  • Recognise underperforming products or catalogues and take corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of AR campaigns to stakeholders with concrete numbers.
  • Make informed decisions on where to invest in future catalogues, campaigns, or 3D asset orders.
