Orders Management Guide

Welcome to the ARShades Studio Orders Management system. This comprehensive guide covers everything you need to know about creating, tracking, and managing orders within the application.
What Are Orders?
Orders are requests within ARShades Studio that allow you to expand and manage your 3D product catalogue. There are two main types:
- Add Existing Assets - Request to add existing 3D assets from the ARShades library to your catalogues
- Create New 3D Assets - Request to have new custom 3D assets created for your products
Both order types go through a workflow where you can track progress and receive updates at each stage.
Order Workflow
Once you create an order, it progresses through several stages. You'll receive notifications at each stage to keep you informed. The workflow includes:
- Initial Review - Your order is received and reviewed
- In Process - Work is underway on your order
- Quote Phase (for new 3D assets) - You'll receive a quote; you can accept or request revisions
- Finalization - Assets are being finalized for publication
- Completed - Your order is complete and assets are ready to use
For orders that are cancelled or face issues, you'll be notified with details and next steps.
Creating Orders
ARShades Studio offers multiple ways to create orders depending on your workflow:
- Orders Page - Direct order creation interface
- ARShades Library - Browse and order from the complete product catalogue
- My Catalogues - Order from your custom catalogues
Each entry point serves different workflows. See the specific guides for each section to learn more.
Working with Quotes
For new 3D asset orders, you'll receive a quote showing the scope and cost:
- Review the quote details carefully
- Accept to move forward with production
- Request changes or revisions if needed
- Reject if it doesn't meet your requirements
You'll be notified when a quote is ready for your review, and you can track all quote interactions in your order details.
