Orders

Orders is where every request you make to ARShades is recorded and followed: what you asked for, what it will cost, and where it is now.
Two Kinds of Order
The Type column tells them apart:

| Add Assets | Products added to one of your catalogues from 3D assets that already exist in the ARShades Library. |
| Order Assets | A request to produce 3D assets that do not exist yet. This is the one that goes through a quotation. |
Only Order Assets requests involve a quote, because only they involve work to be priced.
Where Orders Are Created
There are two ways in, and they end in the same place:
- The Order 3D Assets button in the header of the Orders page.
- The Search SKUs from a List check in the ARShades Library, which carries the items it finds orderable straight into the order dialog.

Following an Order
The Orders page lists every order you can see, with its status. From there:
- Responding to a quote is done from the Actions menu, and only while the order is in Quote Received. The consequences are explained in Order Products.
- Once a quote is accepted, production starts and the assets appear in Frame Validation, where you approve them before they go live.
- Notifications announce the key steps by email and inside Studio. See Notifications.
Getting Help on an Order
The Actions menu of every order includes an option to open a ticket on that specific order. Use it when something about an order needs a human answer — it carries the order reference with it, which a generic support request does not.
