Ordering from the ARShades Library

The ARShades Library is the shared repository of every eyewear 3D asset available to you, and it is where most orders begin — because the first question of any order is whether the model already exists.
The Library has its own section of this guide. This page explains only how it connects to Orders.
Why the Library Comes First
An order for a 3D asset is a request to produce something that does not exist yet. Checking the Library before ordering tells you which of your models are already available, and stops you paying for work that is already done.
There are two ways to check:
- One model at a time — search and filter the Library directly. See Search and Filter Products.
- A whole list at once — upload a file of SKU, EAN or UPC codes and let the analysis classify them. See Search SKUs from a List.
What the Check Tells You
The bulk check sorts your codes into groups, and two of them decide what happens next:
- Available — the 3D asset exists. Add the product to one of your catalogues; no order is needed.
- Orderable — the product is recognised but has no 3D asset. These are the ones to order, and they can be carried straight into the order dialog with the selection already filled in.
