Software Updates

The ARShades Mirror Showroom software is maintained and updated remotely by the Spaarkly team.

How Updates Work

All software updates are managed entirely by the Spaarkly team — you don't need to download, install, or configure anything manually. Updates are delivered over the internet, so the Mirror must be connected to a network.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes — resolving issues or anomalies.
  • Performance improvements — optimising speed, responsiveness, and system stability.
  • New features — adding new capabilities to the Showroom experience.
  • Catalogue updates — refreshing product catalogues, 3D models, and multimedia assets (if included in your service).
  • Configuration changes — adjusting user flow, filters, branding, language settings, or analytics.

What to Do During an Update

  • Do not power off the Mirror during an update.
  • Do not disconnect the internet connection during an update.
  • The Mirror will restart automatically when the update is complete.
Important

Never turn off or unplug the Mirror during a software update. This can lead to system errors that may require remote recovery.
