New Synchronisation

The New Sync tool is used to scan your Shopify catalogue and link products to the ARShades Library.

The Process​

The plugin uses a sophisticated matching system to link your Shopify products with the ARShades Library based on SKU, EAN, or UPC codes.

New Sync Screen

Step 1: Start Scan​

  1. Navigate to the Assets page.
  2. Click the New Sync button.
  3. The system will scan all products in your Shopify store and compare their codes (SKU, EAN, UPC) against the ARShades database.

Step 2: Selection​

After the scan is complete, you will see a table listing the results:

  • Product: The name of the product in Shopify.
  • Result: The status of the match (e.g., Available, In Preparation, Not Available).

Filtering​

You can use the search bar to find specific products. For large catalogues, use the CSV Filter:

  1. Click Upload CSV.
  2. Upload a file containing the list of SKUs/EANs/UPCs you want to check.
  3. The table will filter to show only the items in your list.

Select Models​

Tick the checkboxes next to the "Available" products you wish to synchronise. The system will prevent you from selecting more models than your License Model Limit allows.

Step 3: Confirmation​

  1. Click Confirm.
  2. The plugin will establish the links.
  3. Once finished, you will see a success message confirming the number of synchronised models.

Your products are now linked! You can verify their status on the main Assets page.
