Catalog Sync
Synchronisation is the core process that connects your Shopify products with ARShades' 3D models. This section covers the ongoing management and monitoring of your asset status.

Managing Sync Status
The Assets page provides a detailed view of your synchronisation health, allowing you to monitor which products are live with VTO and which are pending.

Maintaining the Catalogue
To keep your catalogue up to date, you will primarily use the New Sync feature when adding new products or updating SKUs.
When to Sync?
- New Products: Whenever you add new items to your Shopify store.
- Updated SKUs: If you change the SKU, EAN, or UPC codes of existing products.
- New Models: If you have requested new digitisation from ARShades and received notification of completion.

Common Issues
Limit Reached
If you cannot select more products to sync, you may have reached the Model Limit of your current plan. You can check your limit and usage in the License & Connection section.
Domain Mismatch
Ensure your current Shopify domain matches the one authorised in your license. If you have changed your primary domain, you may need to update your license key.
