ARPDMeter License
To use the ARPDMeter component in your storefront, the module must be active in your ARShades subscription. This guide explains how to verify its status and what to do in each scenario.
Subscription Scenarios
Your ARShades license can include ARPDMeter in three different ways:
| Scenario | Description |
|---|---|
| ARPDMeter Standalone | Only the ARPDMeter module is active. VTO features (catalogue, sync, design) are not included. |
| Bundle (VTO + ARPDMeter) | Both VTO and ARPDMeter are enabled under the same plan. |
| VTO & 3D Viewer | Only VTO and 3D Viewer is active. ARPDMeter can be requested as an add-on. |
In every scenario, ARPDMeter must show as Active to work in the storefront.
Verifying Activation
From the Initial Setup Wizard
When you complete the initial configuration wizard, the final screen shows a summary of active modules. For an ARPDMeter standalone subscription, you will see:
The screen clearly shows:
- The Token and Domain linked to the license.
- ARPDMeter status: Active.
- A notice if VTO features are not included in the current plan.
From the Main Dashboard
After initial setup, you can check module status at any time from the Other products / Available Add-Ons section:
From this screen you can verify:

ARPDMeter
- License status (Active / Not active).
- Days remaining in the subscription period.
- Number of ARPDMeter calls performed.

Other Services
- Status of other active or activatable services in your subscription.
- If a service is not active, you can request activation via the Activate now button.

ARPDMeter Calls
- Current measurement consumption.
- Subscription reference period.
- Direct link to ARShades Studio for full details.
Status Reference
| Status | Meaning | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Module is enabled and operational in the storefront. | Proceed with component setup in Theme Editor. |
| Not active | Module is not included or not enabled in the current plan. | Click Activate now or contact ARShades support. |
| Expired | License was active but has expired. | Renew your subscription from ARShades Studio. |
What Happens Without an Active License
If the ARPDMeter module is not active, the block in the Theme Editor will display a warning message instead of the functional component:
The message indicates that an active ARPDMeter license is required and directs you to activate it from the app settings.
Without an active ARPDMeter license, the block will be visible in the Theme Editor but will not function for store visitors.
Pre-Publish Checklist
Before making ARPDMeter visible to customers:
- Confirm ARPDMeter status is Active in the dashboard.
- Check remaining days in the subscription period.
- Add the ARPDMeter block in the target theme section/template.
