Monitor Production Progress

Opening a batch shows its Products — the models being produced inside that order — and this is the page you come back to in order to see how far along things are.
The Products Table

| Variant Status | One coloured dot per state, each with the number of variants in it. |
| Progress | A bar with a percentage, calculated from the states of the variants. |
| Last Update | Date of the most recent change to the product or its variants. |
Use the search box to find a model by name. Matches are highlighted inside the results, which is useful when several models in a batch share part of a name.
How Progress Is Calculated
The percentage is not the share of finished variants. It is the average advancement of the variants that are not yet published, where each state carries a weight:

Published variants are excluded from the calculation entirely.
Because published variants are left out, a product whose variants are all published has nothing left to average and shows 0%, not 100%. It means the work is over, not that it never started — read the Variant Status dots next to it, which will show every variant sitting on Published.
Conversely, 100% means every remaining variant has reached In Publication: the work is done and the assets are about to go live.
Reading the Status Dots
The dots in Variant Status are the honest picture, and they are worth more than the percentage. What matters to you is how many variants sit on Client Rev.: those are the ones waiting for your approval, and nothing moves forward until you act on them.
Variants in Incomplete, Modelist Rev. and Spaarkly Rev. are in internal production. You can see the counts, but you cannot open those variants — there is nothing for you to do there yet.
When a Variant Seems Stuck
There are no estimated delivery dates and no automatic delay alerts in Frame Validation. What you have instead is the note attached to each variant, readable in every state including the internal ones. If a model is taking longer than you expected, the notes are where the reason is recorded.
