Search from a List

Search SKUs from a List takes a file of product codes and tells you, for each one, whether ARShades already has the 3D asset. It is the fastest way to check a whole collection at once instead of searching the Library model by model, and it ends with the products you selected added to one of your catalogues.
The action opens from the Search SKUs from a List button in the header of the ARShades Library, and runs as a three-step stepper.
1. Upload File
Upload a single CSV or Excel file containing the codes — SKU, UPC or EAN.
A file with more than 1000 rows is rejected outright, with a message naming the row count it found. Split a longer list into several files.

2. Review Summary
The analysis returns Analysis Results Summary, with the codes grouped by what it found:

| Available | The 3D asset already exists in the Library and is ready to use. |
| Orderable | The product is recognised but has no 3D asset yet. It can be ordered. |
| In The Making | The 3D asset is already in production. |
| Error | The code was not recognised, is invalid, or was not found. |
| Other | Anything the analysis returned that does not fall into the groups above. |
Each group lists its products in a table with Product Name, SKU Code, EAN Code, UPC Code and Status.
The Orderable group has one column the others do not: Priority, shown as a coloured tag. Orderable products are sorted by it — High first, then Medium, then Low, then those with no priority — so the models worth ordering first are at the top of the list.
You can download the grouped results as CSV or XLSX at this point, which is the way to pause here and decide later.
3. Select & Add
The last step is where the products actually enter a catalogue. It asks for two things before anything else:
- Select Subscription — the subscription the products will be added under. Until you choose one, the catalogue list stays empty and says Please select a subscription first.
- Select Catalogue — the target catalogue, chosen from Available Catalogues, the catalogues belonging to that subscription.
Available Products then lists the items that can be added, with a counter above it in the form N products available • M selected. Use the checkboxes to select what you want.
If you select more SKUs than your subscription has room for, a SKU Limit Exceeded warning appears and states the numbers precisely — how many SKUs are available, how many you selected, and how many to deselect to continue. You cannot proceed past the limit: either deselect the excess, or upgrade the subscription.
