Search from a List
The Search SKUs from a List action in the ARShades Library allows users to upload a list of product codes (SKU, UPC, or EAN) and quickly verify their availability. This tool is based on the same advanced Bulk Add Assets stepper used in catalogue management. It makes the verification process more efficient and accurate by automatically grouping results into categories, and it supports bulk management of multiple items in a single flow. At the end of the process, users can download the resulting grouped lists in CSV or XLSX format, allowing them to pause and resume their decision-making at a later stage.
Workflow
When the user clicks on Find SKUs from a List, a three-step process (stepper) opens:
1. Upload File
- Users can upload a CSV or Excel file containing up to 250 rows.
- The file must include at least one column with SKU, UPC, or EAN codes.
- Example files are provided for download to ensure correct formatting.
2. Review Summary
Once the file is processed, the system groups the results into categories:

| Available | Products already present in the Library and ready to use. |
| Orderable | Products recognised but not yet available; they can be ordered as new 3D assets. |
| In the Making | Products already in production and soon to be available. |
| Error | Codes not recognised, invalid, or not found in the verification system. |
The summary view provides counts and lists all products under each group. Errors include clear indications for correction.
3. Select & Add
After reviewing the results:
- Users can download a CSV or XLSX file containing the grouped results.
- Products marked as Available are pre-selected and can be added to catalogues immediately.
- Products marked as Orderable can be selected for ordering. Selecting them starts the order step for new 3D asset creation (described in the next document).
