Active and Expired Subscriptions

Overview

The Active and Expired Subscriptions list provides a complete view of all the subscription plans linked to your organisation. This section helps you to monitor which plans are currently active, which are about to expire, and which have already expired. Both main plans and their add-ons are displayed.


Subscription Plans Table

Subscriptions are shown in a table with the following information:

TypeIndicates whether the plan is a Main plan (green badge) or an Add-on (blue badge).
Plan NameThe name of the subscription, defined at activation (e.g. “Carrera Branded VTO”).
Plan TypeCategory of the plan (e.g. VTO Branded, Gateway, Mirror, AR PD Meter, Data Pack).
ConsumptionCurrent usage compared with allowance (e.g. 698.0 / 1500 GB).
Start DateDate when the subscription became active.
End DateDate when the subscription ends, or when it expired if already finished.
Days LeftCountdown of remaining days before expiration.
ActionsA button to view detailed consumption metrics and historical data.

Active subscriptions are highlighted in green. Subscriptions nearing their end date show an orange progress bar, while expired subscriptions appear in red.


Viewing Expired Subscriptions

By default, the Subscription plans table shows only active subscriptions. To view expired ones:

  1. Open the Subscriptions section from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. At the top of the Subscription plans table, use the filter control (icon next to the title or column headers).
  3. Select Expired to display subscriptions that have already ended. These appear with a red status bar and remain available for historical reference.

Expired plans cannot be reactivated directly. To continue using the service, request a new subscription or renew an existing one.
