Manage Subscriptions

Overview​

For security and compliance reasons, subscriptions cannot be modified or cancelled directly in ARShades Studio. Any change to a subscription (such as termination, modification of plan limits, or domain adjustments) must be carried out by contacting ARShades Support, within the scope of what is allowed by the subscription contract.

How to Request Changes or Cancellation​

  1. In ARShades Studio, click the Support button located in the header at the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in your request, specifying the type of change required (e.g. cancellation, plan modification, add-on termination).
  3. Alternatively, you can contact ARShades directly via the official support email.

The ARShades team will review your request and confirm whether the requested action is possible under the contractual terms. If approved, Support will apply the change and notify you when it is complete.
