Subscription Plans
Overview
ARShades subscriptions are organised into plans that define which services are available to your organisation, together with the resources included (catalogues, SKUs, storage, and data transfer). Each plan is the foundation of your subscription and may be extended with optional add-ons.
Plans are designed to cover the full ARShades ecosystem:
- VTO services: Web VTO, VTO mobile apps, and the 3D AR Viewer.
- Mirror: In-Shop Virtual Try-on Solution Digital Signage
- AR PD Meter: Augmented Reality tool for measuring pupillary distance.
- Gateways: Entry points and development kits for advanced integrations.
- SDKs: A collection of software tools, libraries, and documentation to integrate ARShades solutions in your mobile and web applications.
By subscribing to a plan, you gain continuous access to the selected service set, including updates, support, and analytics.
Main Plan Types
Each plan belongs to one of the following categories:

| VTO Branded | A plan dedicated to branded catalogues and Advanced Virtual Try-On experiences. |
| VTO Smart | A streamlined version of VTO services for smaller catalogues or campaigns. |
| Gateway | A plan dedicated to ARShades Gateway, used to manage multi-entry points catalogues. |
| Mirror | Activates digital mirror functionality for in-store or event setups. |
| VTO SDK | Provides a software development kit for integrating ARShades VTO services into third-party apps. |
| Web AR PD Meter | A plan for the browser-based pupillary distance measurement tool. |
| SDK AR PD Meter | A development kit for integrating the AR PD Meter into client applications. |
Plans may also be tailored to meet specific business requirements, with customised limits and combined service sets.
Structure of a Subscription Plan
A subscription plan usually includes the following elements:
- Service set: The ARShades services available (e.g. Web VTO, Mirror, AR PD Meter).
- Allowances: Defined limits such as data transfer (GB), number of catalogues, and SKUs.
- Consumption tracking: Monitoring of resources used versus the plan’s allowance.
- Duration: Each plan has a defined start and end date.
- Renewal: Plans may renew automatically or be extended with add-ons.
Role-based Visibility
Access to subscription plans varies according to user role:
