Add Subscriptions
Overview
At the moment, it is not possible to create or activate new subscriptions directly in ARShades Studio.
Instead, users can request a subscription. The request is reviewed and managed by the ARShades team, ensuring that the correct plan type, data allowances, and add-ons are applied according to business needs.
How to Request a Subscription
- Navigate to the Subscriptions section from the left-hand navigation menu.
- On the top right, click on Add Subscription. This opens the Request New Subscription modal.
- Fill in the description field with the following information:
- The type of subscription required (e.g. VTO Branded, Gateway, Mirror, AR PD Meter).
- The number of SKUs expected.
- Specific business requirements (e.g. multi-domain access, customisations, ect.).
- Click Send Request. The request is submitted to ARShades Support and a confirmation is displayed.
- After submission, Spaarkly will contact the requester to confirm the details and discuss the best plan for their needs. Once the most suitable plan has been identified, Spaarkly will activate it and send a notification to the requester. The new subscription will then appear directly in ARShades Studio.
Role-based Visibility
