Download CSV exports every product and variant of a catalogue into a CSV file, with the integration links needed to embed ARShades Virtual Try-On and 3D Viewer experiences into a website or an app.
It is the file you hand to whoever does the integration — a developer, an agency, the team running a campaign.
Where to Find It
Open the catalogue from My Catalogues. The Download CSV button sits in the header of the catalogue, next to the other catalogue-level actions.
The button is hidden on narrow screens. Export the file from a desktop browser.
What the File Contains
One row per variant, with seven columns:

| SKU CODE | SKU identifier of the variant. |
| EAN CODE | European Article Number, when present. |
| UPC CODE | Universal Product Code, when present. |
| MODEL NAME | Name of the product model. |
| VTO LINK | Direct link to the Virtual Try-On experience for that variant. |
| 3DViewer Single Link | Link that opens the variant in the single-product 3D viewer. |
| 3DViewer Multiple Link | Link for a multi-product 3D and AR layout. |
How to Export
- Open the catalogue from My Catalogues.
- Click Download CSV in the header.
- A dialog summarises what the file will contain.
- Confirm to start the export.
The export runs in two phases — first it reads the catalogue's products and variants, then it builds the file — and a progress bar reports how far along it is. On a large catalogue this takes a few moments.
The file downloads on its own when it is ready, named after the catalogue: <catalogue name>_catalogue_export.csv.
Working with the File
- Re-export after every change to the catalogue. The links are generated from the catalogue as it is at that moment: adding products, removing them or changing visibility makes an older file out of date.
- Pick the right link for the job. Use VTO LINK for a single-variant try-on, 3DViewer Single Link to show one product in 3D, and 3DViewer Multiple Link when several products share a viewer.
- Keep the file versioned when more than one team works on the integration, so it is always clear which export a site is built against.
The file is not filtered by visibility: a product or variant whose visibility is switched off still gets its row and its links. Check the visibility of what you are about to hand over, or you will be sending out links to assets you have deliberately hidden. See Pause or Cancel Assets.
