Catalogue’s Asset List

The Asset List in ARShades Studio provides a structured view of all products and their variants included in a catalogue. It is the main interface for reviewing catalogue contents and monitoring product information. By accessing the Asset List, you can quickly verify what is included in a catalogue and manage visibility for products and variants.

How to View the Asset List

  1. Go to the My Catalogues section from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Locate the catalogue card you want to inspect (in either the Published or Drafts tab).
  3. Click the Assets List button on the card.
  4. The catalogue’s Asset List opens in a tabular format.

What the Asset List Is

The Asset List is a dynamic table displaying all eyewear models (main assets) and their associated variants (SKUs). It serves as the foundation for managing a catalogue’s content, making it possible to:

  • View detailed product information.
  • Check how many brands, main products, and SKUs are included.
  • Expand a product to reveal its variants and inspect their details.
  • Control visibility settings for products and variants (show or hide in the catalogue).

Asset List Layout

The Asset List is structured in two levels: Products and Variants.

Key Notes

  • Products and variants marked as hidden will not appear in the published catalogue.
  • Any changes to visibility are applied immediately in the catalogue view.
  • The Asset List is the primary tool to review the structure and completeness of a catalogue before it is shared with end users.
