Catalogue’s Asset List

The Asset List is the contents of a catalogue: every product in it, every variant under each product, and the controls that decide what your visitors see. It is where you check a catalogue before you send people to it.
Opening It
From My Catalogues, on the card of a published catalogue, click Assets List.
Draft catalogues have no buttons on their card: a draft is not yet a catalogue with contents to inspect, and you open it to keep editing it instead. See Published and Draft Catalogues.
What You Can Do From the Toolbar

The search box filters the list; filters sit in a column on the left.
On a phone the buttons are hidden and the list stays readable: reordering and the two import buttons are work for a larger screen.
The ARShades production roles — Modeller, Modeller Supervisor and Validator — see the catalogue and can export it, but not change it. Everyone in your organisation can do the rest.
The Two Levels
Products

Variants
Expand a product row and its variants appear underneath.

| Delete | Removes the variant from the catalogue. |
Delete appears only for those who can act on the catalogue. It takes the product out of this catalogue: the 3D asset itself is not destroyed and stays available to add again.
Visibility
Hiding is how you take something out of a catalogue without deleting it — a model out of season, a colour out of stock. Hiding a product hides all its variants; hiding a variant leaves the rest of the product visible.
Two things are worth knowing:
- The change applies to the published catalogue, so check before you hide during a campaign.
- Download CSV exports the whole catalogue, hidden items included. If you are sending that file to someone as the list of what is on line, filter it first.
Manage Prices
Manage Prices brings prices into the catalogue: a full price, a sale price, the window each is valid in, and a badge on the variant. It runs in two steps, Upload and Review.
1. Download the sheet, fill it in
The sheet comes prefilled with what is already stored, so you edit rather than retype. It is offered as CSV or XLSX and has ten columns:

The sheet ships with one example row, marked as such: leave it or delete it, the import skips it either way. An import is capped at 5000 rows.
An empty cell in a prefilled sheet means remove that value, not "leave it alone". This is the one thing worth reading twice: clearing the badge cell clears the badge.
2. Review before writing
The second step lists every variant the sheet changes, with the old value beside the new one. Nothing has been written yet at this point — prices show on your public page, so the write waits for your confirmation. Read the table, then confirm.
There is also a way to clear all the merchandising data of the catalogue in one go; it tells you when it is done.
