Published and Draft Catalogue list

The Published and Draft Catalogue List in ARShades Studio provides a structured overview of all catalogues grouped by their state. It allows users to distinguish between catalogues already live and those still in preparation, making it easy to:
- Monitor publication status.
- Quickly navigate to detailed catalogue management.
- Review drafts before publishing.
- Track catalogue growth in terms of products and SKUs.
Tabs
- Published: Shows catalogues that are live and accessible via their subdomain. These catalogues can be integrated into websites, apps, or gateways using ARShades links.
- Drafts: Contains catalogues saved but not yet published. Drafts allow users to configure and review settings before making them publicly available.
Viewing Draft Catalogues
By default, the My Catalogues view shows the Published tab. To view Draft catalogues:
- Open the My Catalogues section from the left-hand navigation menu.
- At the top of the catalogue list, select the Drafts tab.
- Draft catalogues appear with a yellow badge labelled DRAFT and remain available until published or deleted.
Catalogue Card Layout
Each catalogue is represented as a card displaying the following details:

| Catalogue Name | Title defined during creation. |
| Subscription | The associated subscription plan. |
| Subdomain | The dedicated URL for the catalogue. |
| Access Level | Indicates if the catalogue is Public or Private. |
| QR Code | Allows quick mobile access. |
| Status Badge | Marks the catalogue state: Published (green), Draft (yellow), or Unpublished (red). |
| Statistics | Displays the number of brands, main products, and total SKUs. |
Quick Actions
From each card, users can:
- Open the Assets List to view or manage products and variants.
- Access Analytics to check catalogue performance.
- Use Go To to view the live catalogue in a new browser tab.
A contextual menu (hamburger icon) provides state-specific options, written in capitals in the menu itself:
- Draft catalogues: CATALOGUE SETTINGS, DESIGN CATALOGUE, PUBLISH DRAFT, DELETE DRAFT.
- Published catalogues: CATALOGUE SETTINGS, DESIGN CATALOGUE, UNPUBLISH CATALOG, DELETE CATALOG.
- PUBLISH CHANGES appears on a published catalogue only while it has a draft of pending changes waiting to go live.
- REPUBLISH CATALOG appears on a catalogue that is no longer live — unpublished, or with an expired plan.
Those two entries only appear on a wide screen. Everything else in the menu stays available.
Design Catalogue opens the editor of the catalogue's public page — templates, logo, cover, colours, texts and merchandising — and is available on drafts as well as on published catalogues. See Design Catalogue.
