Published and Draft Catalogue list

The Published and Draft Catalogue List in ARShades Studio provides a structured overview of all catalogues grouped by their state. It allows users to distinguish between catalogues already live and those still in preparation, making it easy to:

  • Monitor publication status.
  • Quickly navigate to detailed catalogue management.
  • Review drafts before publishing.
  • Track catalogue growth in terms of products and SKUs.

Tabs

  • Published: Shows catalogues that are live and accessible via their subdomain. These catalogues can be integrated into websites, apps, or gateways using ARShades links.
  • Drafts: Contains catalogues saved but not yet published. Drafts allow users to configure and review settings before making them publicly available.

Viewing Draft Catalogues

By default, the My Catalogues view shows the Published tab. To view Draft catalogues:

  1. Open the My Catalogues section from the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. At the top of the catalogue list, select the Drafts tab.
  3. Draft catalogues appear with a yellow badge labelled DRAFT and remain available until published or deleted.
