Sections and Tiles
Last Updated: 14/09/2026
Beyond the products, a catalogue page can carry editorial material: blocks of information at the foot of the page, and tiles interleaved with the product grid.
Sections
Sections sit at the tail of the page, after the products. They are a repeatable list: add as many as you need, reorder them, remove the ones you no longer want.
| Type | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Text | A heading and a body of text — the collection's story, care instructions, terms of a promotion. |
| Media | An image with its own text, for editorial content that needs a picture. |
| Stores | A list of points of sale, for campaigns that send visitors to a physical shop. |
Tips:
- Order matters: the first section is the one most visitors will read, the last one the fewest.
- A closed section in the editor is simply collapsed — its content is intact.
Tiles
Tiles are editorial cards placed inside the product grid, between one product and the next. They break a long grid and give a campaign somewhere to speak.
The rule that surprises everyone: a tile's size comes from its position, not from a setting. The first tile in the list spans two cells of the grid; every other tile takes one. So reordering the tiles changes the layout — moving a tile to the front makes it the wide one.
Tips:
- Put the tile that carries the campaign message first, so it gets the double cell.
- Check the result on mobile: what reads as a wide tile on desktop becomes a full-width block on a phone.
